Housing
There are no "lockers" or storage rooms here. Instead you can buy an actual house which you can use to drop your stuff in, decorate, add accessories, hang out in, etc. Please note that a room must have a storeroom flag for objects to save.
Apartment
An apartment is a cheaper option than a house. It cannot be expanded, or decorated and you may not add accessories to it.These are the commands related to housing:
Syntax:
residence Lists all houses in the realm and shows which are for sale. house Used to set various things around your house. getkey Get key for your house. (Must be done at a town hall) sethouse (Immortals only) Used by the gods to set various parameters about the house. makehouse <direction> (Immortals only) Used by the gods to make a house in the <direction> and add it to the list. Address:
Houses have addresses. to find out a house address:syntax: residence <#>
Where the # is the number of the house from full "residence" list. To find what address you are at, use:
syntax: address
To buy a house or appartment:
syntax: residence bid <residence #> <bid amount>
You can only bid on a house if its for sale. If there is no owner and your bid meets the price you will recive the house right away. Other wise if there is a owner you will have to wait and see if your bid is accepted.
Decorating and personalizing you house
To make your house truly yours, you need to write a description for it and decorate it.Syntax: house <argument>
Where the argument is one of:
name <Desired Title of Room> Will set the room title. desc Will put you in an editor to write the room description. room add <direction> Will purchase a room and create a link to it in in the direction. room flag <flag> Sets a rooms flag(s). See below for a list of available room flags and what they do. owner (add <player>) Adds another players as owner of the house. This can only be done if that player does not already have a house. forsale (price) Sets the house for sale at the price. sell <yes/no> When a bid is recived on a house that has been put up for sale, you will be notified and can decide weather you want to sell or not. prices Gives you a view of the current house costs for new rooms ect. Syntax: house room flag <flag>
Where the flag is one of:
chaotic clan corral Markes the room as a corral where pets can be kept when not using them. dark indoors Sets the room as being indoors. (Is already set when house is bought) private Sets the max number of players, mobs, player and mob to 2. noastral Makes players unable to 'Astral Walk' to this room. nodrop Does not let anyone drop anything in the room. nodropall Does not let anyone 'drop all' in the room. nomagic nomissile nomob Allowes no mobiles to enter the room. norecall Makes it not possible to recall from the room. nosummon Makes it impossible to be summoned from this room. safe Makes the room a safe room. (No fighting allowed) silence Makes it impossible to make any sounds making you unable to chat, say, tell, or even cast spells. solitary storeroom Markes the room as a storage room, making items left in it save over system boots. wrap Accessories
You can buy accessories for the house to decorate it.Syntax: accessories <argument>
