Features list
A partial list of some of the features that Amitoune has to offer:
- An all original story-line, detailed with extensive background accounts, maps and glossary to help you live in the world of Amitoune.
- Sterotypical race names, for races that are anything but stereotypical. Possible to select each parents race and be a mixed race. (Dual races)
- Original interactive newbie mud-school(city), complete with instructions on many of our original features.
- A completely original class, order and guild system, reworked to give a wide range of options and lots of possible character combinations.
- Pets that are able to to use equipment, learn skills and spells, level with players, and evolve into stronger pets as they grow.
- An original styles system which allows players to convert style skills into different areas, defense, damage and precision.
- Orders that are available at level 10 which help to increase the amount of skills/spells/stats you receive through leveling.
- Guilds that players can join after reaching level 99, allowing them to gain guild levels, with special skills and spells.
- Professions that let players decide on one or several trades to learn through life, learning a range of skills/abilities that are only available to that trade, adding many things to the game that only can be done by players.
- Random secret character enhancements gained as players progress, that are discovered later.
- Racial skills, that can only be learned by that race, and in some cases if having a parent of that race.
- Added statistic of perception which is the way players percieve things, look, smell, feel, listen etc.
- Weaponspeed statistic that changes depending on weapon type, class, race, skills, weight, etc players use.
- Regen statistic that affects how fast players regenerates hitpoint, mana and moves.
- Ranged weapons/spells that enable players to fire at mobs from a distance, receiving no harm. But be aware, they will come after you!
- Multi-room spells that affect not only a players present room, but also those around them.
- Player owned and customizable housing, that can be bought, decorated, and resold.
- Player owned and placeable vendors, that can be given items to sell.
- Static objects, normal items that are shown in the room description, when dropped in a room. Encouraging players to 'read' room descriptions.
- Colleges of skills/magics, that grow as players learn skills/spells, and increase players ability with skills in the specific college.
- Civilzed and non-civilized areas allowing pk'ing.
- A high number of extensive area quests built in.
- A mostly original world (areas), that is constantly growing. (Very few areas that are not unique to Amitoune).

Numbers:
- 10 races, 4 classes, 12 orders, 10 guilds, 6 professions. (Giving a total of 4320 character combinations, not including mixed races.)
- 100 player levels, + 100 guild levels that allow new spells and skills to be learned.
